School Improvement Plan

Direction & Growth: The School Improvement Plan (SIP) provides a clear direction for continuous growth and improvement across the school. Together, they define our priorities, establish measurable goals, and ensure that our decisions and resources remain focused on improving the educational experience for our students.

Central Framework: Our SIP serves as the central framework for improvement and reflects the expectations and standards of both the Middle States Association (MSA) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum. It connects accreditation, strategic priorities, and school improvement into one coordinated process.

Strategic Goals: Four strategic goals guide this work, addressing both the academic and organizational priorities of the school. Each goal includes specific areas of focus and measurable targets that allow us to monitor progress and evaluate our effectiveness over time.

Regular Oversight: Progress is reviewed regularly through the Admin Council. This structure ensures that improvement is not simply planned, but monitored, evaluated, and adjusted as the needs of our students and school community evolve.

Shared Roadmap: Through this process, our Strategic Plan and SIP provide a shared roadmap for where we are going, how we will measure progress, and how we will continue strengthening teaching, learning, and the overall school experience.
